Following the cases of abuse and brutality unleashed on teenagers from their employers which surfaced a few months ago, another Joyce Ejemen-Balogun has been brutally bashed by her employer in Edo, Benin.
Osaretyn Asemota-Ero, a presenter at the Edo Broadcasting Service brought the case to limelight, asking that the public help get justice for the victimised staff.
“#justiceforjoyce Twenty-three year old Miss. Joyce Ejemen Balogun, was brutally bruised by her employer in Utesi, an outskirt of Benin-Sapele Road, Edo State. “According to the victim, she was given the beating of her life by her employer and his boys, after being alleged to have stolen six television sets in the hotel owned by her accuser who thereafter took away her undies, i.e pant, bra & blouse”, he added.
