Though his team are still occupying the second spot on the league table, one point ahead of Liverpool. Mourinho admitted that the season can still go worse for Manchester United, after missing out on all trophies this season. He said:
“We lost three points. We lost three points that could give us great stability for the second position. Now we still have the fourth position to fight for because Chelsea won and we lost, so we still have to fight for top four.”
