John Legend will be appearing on The Voice episode 16 this time as a coach< and not the usual guest/mentor. 
According to reports, the singer who just obtained the EGOT status will be joining the sixteenth season of the show as a coach. 
Reports also reveal that Legend will take over Jennifer Hudson’s spot on the next season that will be starting in a few months. The singer took to Instagram to show his excitement in a post that reads.
“I’m thrilled to join the coaches of The Voice. I’ve been a guest and mentor on the show multiple times and I’m so excited to discover talented singers and help them make the most of their gift. I hope the world is ready for #TeamJL.”
