Following the new developments that surround the attack of Empire star, Jussie Smollett, There have been some strong allegations that the actor might have orchestrated his attack. And while investigations are still going on, according to TMZ, Empire is substantially looking into reducing the actor’s screen time. 
TMZ reports that the actor was originally supposed to feature in 9 scenes but 5 of his scenes have been cut, also his musical rendition that is supposed to be aired by second to the end of the season finale has been cut off. His time working at the show has been reduced drastically as he is now not the main attraction and comes in on Friday instead of Monday to Friday.
