Fashion designer Toyin Lawani has shared that it is extremely wrong for a child to call his stepfather’s dad. The celebrity stylist who is expecting a baby with her new husband Segun Adebayo is running a series on Motherhood and has been dropping bomb pregnancy photos.
The serial entrepreneur earlier in the day has opened up about her son’s relationship with her new husband noting that he never liked him at the very beginning but today they are close friends. A fan had reacted to the post sharing that one day her son Tenor would call her new husband Segun daddy. The designer immediately fired at the fan stating that she would never be comfortable with her son calling her new husband daddy especially because his father is not dead.
She shared that her children have a good relationship with their dads despite the past she has with them. Toyin noted that her kids will respect their stepdad even without calling him father and would always see him as a father figure they can look up to.
