Italian Fashion Designer, Giorgio Armani Donates $1.4 Million To Fight Coronavirus

Towards fighting the growth of the coronavirus in his country, popular fashion designer, Giorgio Armani has reportedly donated $1.4 million.

Reports say the money was donated to three Milan-based hospitals including Rome’s Spallanzani hospital and the Civil Protection Agency.
Recall that Prime minister, Italy’s Giuseppe Conte had said that the country has been placed on lockdown following the steady rise of the plague.
“All the measure of the red zones are now extended to all of the national territory”.

Italy is currently the third-highest country wth coronavirus.
