Nigerian actress, Etinosa has stated that people should master the art of firing incompetent staff without prejudice or sentiment.
According to her, “my brother, my brother” spoils businesses and firing incompetent people is not wickedness. 
Etinosa also urged prospective employees to be honest about their ability in being efficient in a job they are hired for.
