Veteran Nigerian rapper, Ruggedman has written to the government to reopen investigations into certain persons holed up in various police stations around the country.
Writing on his Twitter page, the rapper stated that there is a huge number of innocent persons suffering in prisons for crimes they did not commit out.
He enthused that independent investigations into these cases must be carried out with immediate effect to determine the innocence of these persons.
