International Flight To Resume 5th September – FG

The Federal Government has shifted the resumption of international flight across the country to Saturday 5th September.
This was confirmed by the Director-General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) Musa Shuaibu Nuhu during the daily press briefing of the Presidential Task Force in Abuja today. He went ahead to describe 5th September as a sacrosanct date as the initial announcement was anytime from the 29th.International Flight To Resume 5th September - FG
According to him, other non-aviation logistics prompted the one-week extension while airlines and airports were ready to operate. “We have other non-aviation logistics we are still working on, mostly the COVID-19 protocol tests and online platform. We need to get this ready. In due course, we will be announcing the protocols for the resumptions and we will be giving further details. Hopefully early next week, we will release this“, he said.
