Kenyan Songstress Victoria Kimani has taken to social media to spill a lot as she walks into the new year. The singer in a series of tweets shared that she is the reason why Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage now collaborates with other females in the industry.
The singer shared that 4 years ago she called out Tiwa for blocking women in the industry and if she had kept her mouth shut the woman wouldn’t be working with so many females today so they should thank her. She further shared that she stands by all that she said 4 years ago when she asked women to stop blocking each other and also called out Beyonce for not involving Kenyan artists in the Lion king album which had artists from other African countries.
Victoria said she doesn’t want to be involved in any drama involving Shatta Wale and the Nigerian music industry and then appealed to Africans to embrace peace and leave hatred behind in the new year.
