Jackson Ude, the Nigerian blogger who accused the Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo of collecting N4 billion from the embattled acting EFCC Chairman Ibrahim Magu has asked the VP to resign as he is not afraid of him.
The allegation he made against the VP spread like wild fire on Wednesday as he took to Twitter to say that Magu confessed transferring ₦4bn from the missing funds to the office of the vice President."I'm Not Afraid Of You, Resign!", Blogger Fires Back At VP Osinbajo
Osinbajo, however, debunked the report, asking the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Adamu to investigate the allegation, in a petition his lawyer, Taiwo Osipitan dated 8th July. He further asked the IGP to initiate criminal proceedings against Jackson Ude if the allegations are proven to be untrue after investigation.

Reacting to the petition, Jackson Ude said the Nigerian police cannot arrest him, insisting that the VP must first resign office before he can drag him to court. In his new tweet, he added that the Presidential Panel investigating Magu and the police should be compelled to release the verbatim transcripts of Magu’s confessions since the Vice President is denying the allegation.
