Nigerian actor, Uche Maduagwu, has chastised Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for proclaiming a three-day mourning period in the aftermath of the Ikoyi building collapse.
In a post on his Instagram page, Uche Maduagwu said the governor should quit “magnifying his irresponsibility” by announcing such a period of mourning.

According to him, the governor of Lagos State has not declared a period of mourning for the victims of the Lekki toll gate shooting in October 2020.
The Nollywood actor also queried why the Ikoyi building, which was intended to have 15 stories, ended up with 21 floors, yet no Lagos government agency was monitoring compliance in the same way they do to okada riders in the state,
