If You Love HipHop, These 5 Albums Are A Must Listen

It’s not news that Nigerian hip-hop is no longer mainstream, but despite the fact that hip-hop is no longer popular, there are still artists who are true to their crafts and have released projects which have become a blessing to every hip-hop fan out there. So, here are five hip-hop projects you should listen to if you are a fan.
1. Falz- Moral Instruction: Arguably one of the hottest projects dropped this year, Falz did a good job in channeling the great Fela, despite the influence of Afro beats in this, the hip-hop vibe is still not missing.
2. Show Dem Camp- Clone Wars Vol. IV “These Buhari Times”: SDC have been consistent in their delivery of good hip-hop material and they did not disappoint with this one. The project that documents what is like to live under this current dispensation is filled with witty rhymes and metaphors.
3. Ladipoe- T.A.P (Talk About Poe): The only rapper under the Mavin dynasty is doing a good job not being influenced by this Afro-pop infested industry. The project is the perfect depiction of what a rapper is all about, from being self-consciousness to battling with your ego, Ladipoe lays it all in this body of work.
4. Show Dem Camp- Palmwine Music 2: This duo decided to show their groovy side with this project, although they made sounds that you can move your body your body to they made sure the punchline and bars aren’t missing.
5. 10stacks Daniels- Reserved EP:


Although this project is coming out by the 28th of this month this young lad has been running the underground scene and making sure the essence of the game is not lost.
