Sensational singer and songwriter, Simi has dropped her opinion concerning happenings in the country’s political arena. Simi condemned the actions of politicians who resort to force and coercion to gather support for themselves.
In a post she dropped on her Twitter page, Simi mentioned that people who are known to be good and responsible do not need to employ force or manipulation to get people’s support.

The talented artist noted that it is common sense and logical to gain people’s love and trust through good works and selflessness. She went further stating that fear and intimidation are tools used by leaders that are not wanted by the people.
“If you do well and people love you, you won’t have to use fear and intimidation to force anyone to support you. Isn’t this common sense?”
Similarly, Nollywood darling actress, Ruth Kadiri has come out openly to declare her unwavering support for her friend and colleague, Funke Akindele, who is running as the Vice-president of Lagos state in the forthcoming gubernatorial election.
