US Democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden has said that the second presidential debate scheduled for October 15 should be cancelled if president and rival, Donald Trump is still COVID-19 positive.
Recall that last week Friday, two days after his first debate with Biden, held in Cleveland, the 74-year-old had tested positive to the virus.
Democrat Joe Biden has now stated he is opposed to debating Trump if he still has the deadly COVID-19.
He made this known while speaking to reporters on his returned from a speech near the Civil War battlefield site in Gettysburg.

“I’m looking forward to being able to debate him, but I just hope all the protocols are followed.
“If he still has COVID, we shouldn’t have a debate.
“It’s a very serious problem, so I will be guided by… what the docs say is the right thing to do.”
