If The Government Does Not Announce A Resumption Date For Tertiary Institutions, We Will Protest – Students

Nigerian students under the umbrella of the National Association of Polytechnic Students (NAPS), National Association of University Students (NAUS) and National Association of Colleges of Education Students (NANCES), have threatened to hold a protest if the Federal government does not announce a resumption date for academic activities within the next two weeks.

Students Protest against governmentSchools have been shut and students home since March due to the coronavirus pandemic and the need to curb the spread.

The students went on to condemn the government’s plan to cancel Nigeria’s participation in the 2020 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASCCE).
