If Religion Was Good, Whites Wouldn’t Have Brought It – Director Ugezu

Nollywood director Ugezu J. Ugezu has said if religion was a good thing and something that will ultimately better the lives of Africans, the Whites would not have brought it to them.
Ugezu, whose profile describes him as the encyclopedia of the abandoned tradition and the masquerade of Africa took to his Instagram page to say this.
As seen in a picture text he shared, Ugezu stated that till date, the Whites are still hiding important things from the Blacks but the latter will never learn. In his caption, the Director added that ‘our brethren are still hating brethren because of it’. Mentioning a legendary Nigerian author, Ugezu added, “THINGS FALL APART …. Prof. Chinualumogu Achebe The Ogidi of Ogidi” in his caption.

“If Religion is something good, something that will ultimately better the lives of any people, THE WESTERN INVADERS WOULD NOT HAVE BROUGHT IT TO US. Up till today, they are still hiding important things from us. But our people will never learn. TUFIAKWA!”, the picture text reads. Meanwhile stand up comedian Okey Bakassi had a day earlier said that the belief in God is personal and no one should stress him about how to or how not to do it. The actor had also shared a picture text on his Instagram page, showing a Muslim and a Christian cleric, one who marries more than one wife and doesn’t drink wine and the other who doesn’t even have a wife but drinks wine.
