“I Feel That Moses Should Be Part Of The Last Three” – NFF President Blast CAF

The President of the Nigerian Football Federation, Amaju Pinnick, has expressed his disappointment over the seclusion of Victor Moses from the final three players shortlisted as nominee’s for the CAF player of the year award next year, despite his amazing success with club and country in 2017.
In an interview with Citi Sports, Pinnick said “I’m not happy because I feel that Moses should be part of the last three. The only reason why Mahrez won the award last year was because of what he did with Leicester City. Moses helped Chelsea to win the league, played in the FA Cup final and helped Nigeria qualify for the World Cup. So I wonder why.”
Pinnick also expressed his anger at CAF for shortlisting Pierre Aubameyang in the list. He said “Tell me what Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang did last year to deserve a place ahead of Moses. Aubameyang should not be on that list. He’s struggling with Dortmund.”
