Fast rising Nollywood actress Juliet Ekeson has opened up on one of her ordeals and challenges faced at the beginning of her career.
In a chat with The Sun, the Imo State born Geology graduate was asked if she was sexually harassed when she delved into the Nigerian movie industry as many actors are claiming to have and are still experiencing.Juliet Ekeson, who is also called Princess J noted that she never faced any at the beginning of her career but faced a lot of intimidation, one f which was not getting the major at an audition because she us short. “For sexual harassment, none! But for other form of intimidation, Yes. I went for an audition and turned out to be the best but I didn’t get the major role because of my height. It was really a sad experience for me then but am over it now. I just think if one merits something, he/she should be given.
That’s in the past now though. I started as an actor, graduate to a writer and now a producer to the glory of God”, she reportedly said.
