I Didn’t Create Myself – Actress Eriata Ese Calls Out People Age Shaming Her

Nollywood fast-rising actress Eriata Ese has slammed people who are fond of age-shaming her. The TV personality in a post shared on her Instagram page explained that she didn’t create herself and didn’t ask nature to make her look older than her present age.

The actress in her post narrated that for the past 7 years her age has been questioned in the entertainment industry and it impacted her greatly. The reality star explained that back in secondary school she could pass for a university babe and people often thought she was in Uni so she skipped SS3 and went straight to the university. Eriata shared that the same thing happened in her university era and when she graduated in 2014 a lot of people believed she spilled. During her appearance at the Gulder Ultimate show, people thought she lied about being 21 and her elder sister had to step in to shut down the rumors.

Eriata Ese further explained that when she appeared on the BBNaija show in 2017 people argued about her age and went as far as asking her mum if she was born in 1993 and her mum confirmed that she has always been big so she stopped worrying about her age. She shared that she is 28 presently and it’s fine not to believe but please people should keep their assumptions to themselves.
