Former BBN ‘Double Wahala‘ housemate, Chinoso Nina Oyenobi better known as Nini Ivy has lashed out at a fan who tried to lecture her on breast implants. 
Recall that the reality TV star, Nina Ivy went under the knife after the birth of her son to increase her butt size. A troll had taken to her dm to advise her to be careful following the implant.

The troll claimed that a lady was left with deflated boobs after her implant exploded. Schooling her, Nina stated that she did BBl which is far different.
According to her, liposuction and Brazilian butt (bbl) involve transferring your natural fat from your stomach, buttocks etc to the desired area of your body.
However, in butt implants, one is getting artificial silicon to achieve that.
Nina Ivy told the troll to get educated and stop embarrassing herself.
“Liposuction and Brazilian butt (bbl) is by far very different from implants. The key difference is that in liposuction and bbl you are transferring your natural fat from your stomach, back etc to the desired area of your butt, but in butt implant you are getting an artificial silicon to achieve that, get educated and stop embarrassing yourself”. 
In a recent interview with Punch, Nina Ivy said, “I have always wanted to make some changes to my body, especially after the birth of my child and this was a perfect time. Since I made that decision, I feel great and love my body more. I always had to wear body shapers with certain outfits but now, I don’t have to. My advice to people who troll celebrities that undergo cosmetic surgery is that they should channel their energy into what will benefit them and let people live their lives.”
