I Concede Nothing! We Have A Long Way To Go – Donald Trump Retracts Admission Of Defeat

The incumbent United States of America President Donald Trump seems to have retracted his earlier statement where it seemed he had accidentally admitted that he lost and the U.S President-elect Joe Biden won the U.S Presidential polls, Trump in a tweet said he has conceded nothing accusing Biden of election fraud. Trump who had earlier tweeted that Biden won because the election was rigged. He further said Biden has only won in the face of fake news media. Donald who before today had refused concede the November 3 US election to challenger Joe Biden and repeatedly said he intends to overturn the decision at the U.S Supreme court.

His aides say he is preparing for a second term in office despite the vote count confirming Biden’s clear victory.

The phrasing — coming two days after a slip in which he said “time will tell” if he remains president — was immediately seized upon as one more step towards admitting defeat.

But the president soon followed up with a sharp U-turn, tweeting “He only won in the eyes of the FAKE NEWS MEDIA. I concede NOTHING! We have a long way to go.”
