BBNaija star Gifty Powers has shared that she can not wait for social media to shut down completely due to the negative impact it has had on the lives of many people in society. The TV star shared this via her Instagram story sharing the many reasons behind her thoughts.
She explained that everyone wants to look successful on social media so they are doing a lot of faking and youngsters are killing people, faking it just to be successful, and end up missing out on quality opportunities. The mother of 2 also threw shade at transgenders explaining that they wear makeup and borrow friends’ cloth just to trend and create impressions on social media.
Gifty said she could call out names on social media but she wouldn’t noting that people do despicable and ridiculous things to post a picture on social media advising people to hold on for their time and season to come without getting lost.
