Nigerian singer Barry Jhay has tendered a sincere apology for the insensitive reaction he gave ti the story of video vixen Bolanle of Zlatan’s Pepper Dem and her husband Abiodun ‘Herbbey’ Lincon.
Recall that Barry Jhay had shared a video where he was mocking Lincon for marrying Bolanle using a trending statement, and hinting that Bolanle is a public lady who is being passed and managed by men but when it got to Lincon’s turn, he made her a wife. His video has sure been met with critics and criticisms, which might have propelled the singer to apologise.
Taking to the same social media page he put out the mockery video, Barry Jhay, in a story, stated that he wasn’t aware the case of the couple was that of domestic violence.
“I’m deeply sorry for being insensitive”, he began his apology note. “I sincerely apologize. I never knew it was a case of domestic violence. Nobody deserves to go through this. Not even the worst person on earth. I pray Bolanle heals from all of these. No real man batters a lady”, he wrote.
