If you want to save videos of the most picturesque holiday destinations or dog charcuterie boards to your iPhone, Android device, or computer, then you’ll need a third-party app.

How do you download Instagram videos to your phone?
Android
Download the Video Downloader for Instagram app.
Open Instagram and find the video you want to download.
Click the three dots on the right of the video.
Copy the link to the Video Downloader app.
A high-resolution version of the video should now be saved to your gallery.
iPhone
Download the Insaver app.
Open Instagram and find the video you want to download.
Click the three dots on the right of the video.
Copy the link to the Insaver app.
A high-resolution version of the video should now be saved to your gallery.
How do you download Instagram videos to your computer?
To save videos to your computer, a website like Ingramer is probably the best option:
Simply go to Instagram on your desktop, and then find the video you want to download.
Copy the URL into Ingramer and hit Enter.
A high-resolution version of the video should now be saved to your downloads.
How do you download Instagram Stories to your phone?
iPhone
Download the Story Reposter app.
Open the app, and type in the username of the account you want to save stories from.
Select the photos and videos, you want to save. Tap download, then save.
The stories will now be ready for you in your Photo Gallery.
Android
Download the Story Saver app.
Open the app, and type in the username of the account you want to save stories from.
