Actor and O.A.P., Denrele Edun has recounted a traumatic experience he had in school where he almost got sexually harassed by a UNILAG lecturer.
While speaking in an interview on the podcast, Tea With Tay, Denrele revealed that the lecturer had mistaken him for a female because of his cross-dressing.
He also explained that the lecturer in question had always been super nice and would always tell him to visit him in his office.

According to Denrele Edun, he had thought the lecturer was just being kind to him until he visited his office to submit his assignment.
The assailant had first heaped praises on him for his beauty, before taking things further. He instructed Denrele to perform oral sex on him, which he respectfully refused.
“I got harassed in a lecturer’s office because he thought I was a girl and his course was one of those general courses. Every time I wanted to submit an assignment, he would tell me to come to his office.

“I thought he was being nice and when I went to his office he was praising my beauty (He said fine girl, come in) and I was like, if I tell him I am not a girl, he would fail me.”
“He told me to seat on his lap and he told me to give him a blow job. I was scared, frantic, perplexed, everything. It was a roller coaster of emotion”.
