Gunmen Kill Living Faith Church Pastor In Kogi

Gunmen have stormed a community in Kogi State killing the Living Faith Church resident pastor, Jacob Wodi Hulobu, in Aloko-Oganenigwu in Dekina Local Government Area (LGA) of  the state.

He was reportedly shot dead by the gunmen during an invasion on Sunday.

It was reported that the pastor had escaped with some of the church members to a much safer and calmer place when they invaded the community in the early morning service.

According to one of the church members present during the incident, he said the pastor went back to check the structural state of the church after the attack but the attackers shot him dead.

“He escaped during church service in the morning. He thought everything was calm and went back to check if the church was touched when he was killed,” said Samuel.

It’s gathered that the pastor, who had earlier posted on his Facebook account on how he escaped the morning attack, died few hours later.
