Lilibet, who was born in June 2021, was christened on Friday during a small and intimate ceremony at their home in Montecito, California.

John Harvey Taylor, the bishop of Los Angeles, presided over the ceremony.

According to sources, the christening makes it the first time the 21-month-old Lilibet has been publicly called a princess.

This also confirms that the couple will use royal titles for their children.

The couple’s spokesperson said members of the royal family were invited to the ceremony, but none were in attendance.
