Gov Election 2023: Low Turnout Of Voters In Bauchi

There has been reportedly low turnout of voters in Bauchi state as INEC ad-hoc staff arrive early at the various polling unit in the state.

Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission at the Kofar Maigari Usman 024 polling unit in the Alkaleri Local Government Area of Bauchi State arrived at the polling unit early on Election Day.

However, the officials are waiting for voters to turn out to cast their votes as a low turnout of voters is observed.

According to reports from newsmen, only six voters had cast their ballots as of the time of filing this report.

Also, there were no more voters in the queue and only party agents, election officials, and security officers were left at the polling unit.

Election materials arrived on time and voting commenced as scheduled.
