Media personality Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi has taken to social media to slam brands that are known to inflate prices when celebrities choose to shop or buy their products or services. The OAP took to her Twitter page to share her experience with a bespoke brand that increased their prices when she made an inquiry about their clothes.
Gbemi Olateru-Olagbegi shared that she asked the brand about a dress she liked on their page and they told her it cost N45,000 she went on to ask a friend to ask for the price of the same cloth and she was told N40k leaving a 5k gap. She shared that she will never understand why they added 5k to her bill because of her status describing it as unfair and wrong.
