The Nigeria Police Force have confirmed that four female suicide bombers blew themselves up in the north-eastern city of Maiduguri last night, killing at least 15 people and injuring 22 people.
The bombers targeted four different areas in the suburb of Molai Kalemari, Borno state police commissioner Damian Chukwu was quoted as saying.
Militant Islamist group Boko Haram had its headquarters in Maiduguri, before it was drven out by securty forces.
