The Obafemi Awolowo University Lecturer who was involved in the sex-for-marks scandal Professor Richard Akindele, has been sentenced to two years in prison for demanding sex from a student named, Monica Osagie, 
According to reports the professor was sentenced by Justice Maureen Onyetenu of the Federal High Court in Osogbo, Osun state after he pleaded guilty during his hearing on Monday, December 17th.
