The Kogi State Commissioner Of Police Has Been Sacked Few Hours After Dino Melaye Was Declared Wanted

Ibrahim Idris, the Inspector General of Police, has removed the Kogi state Commissioner of Police, Mr Ali Janga, for a jailbreak in the headquarters of the state police command.
Ibrahim Idris made the announcement today in a statement by the Force Public Relations Officer, Jimoh Moshood. In his stead, Ibrahim Idris redeployed the Commander of Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad to assume Ali’s position.
The shocking development comes hours after Mr Ali announced that six suspects, including two men who accused Senator Dino Melaye of supplying their arms, escaped from police custody in Lokoja. The force is yet to overrule Dino Melaye’s wanted stance
