Getting your products delivered to your doorstep after ordering from the comfort of your home, can be said to be the major reason people consider online shopping. However, there are a lot of challenges attached to it sometimes. A lady identified as Ellen Williams is one of such people who has been disappointed and left in shock after she received her order from an online shop. 
Williams paid £35 (N16k) for the jumpsuit from the online fashion retailer PrettyLittleThing after seeing a popular British celebrity wearing it. However, the 21-year-old personal assistant was not pleased when she tried the outfit on. According to her, the jumpsuit which she saw online was different from what she got and described as ‘awful’. In her words: “It’s shocking to see how nice something looks on the picture compared to what came through the post. It’s so disappointing. I looked awful.
