Facebook Crisis: Whistle Blower Reveals How Jonathan Hired An Israeli Firm To Hack President Buhari’s Mail

The trending Facebook data scandal stories that has rocked the political globe for the past few weeks, took a turn to the heart of Africa yesterday, as Christopher Wylie, a whistle-blower at the embattled data analysis firm, Cambridge Analytica, claimed that an Israeli firm allegedly hacked into President Buhari’s emails towards the 2015 elections
Christopher claimed that former Nigerian President, Goodluck Jonathan, hired Black Cube, the Israeli firm, to gather details of Buhari’s medical and financial records through his email account, so as to severe Buhari’s hopes of winning the 2015 elections
He disclosed this while presenting evidence to the the British Parliament’s Digital Committee, which has launched an investigation into the Cambridge Analytica case. Christopher also stated that Goodluck Jonathan hired a digital advertising company based in Canada, to distribute compromising stories and videos to intimidate Buhari’s supporters.
Christopher said: “Black Cube, on the Nigerian, project was engaged to hack the now president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, to get access to his private medical records and his private emails…Aggregate I.Q (AIQ) worked on that project. AIQ was handed material in Nigeria from Cambridge Analytica to distribute online. That’s distribution of kompromat and of incredibly threatening and violent video content, which I’ve passed on to the committee.”
