Former BBN Nigerian Idol star Debbie Rise, who has been making strategic moves to strengthen and boost her brand to gain both international and local grounds. she recently made a slight change to her name, changing it from Debie rise to Deborah Rise. 
The singer who is now a gospel artist announced this new development by releasing new pictures, a new song and a video titled ‘My Choice’. According to the announcement made, Deborah said, “I am Deborah Rise and this is a Rebirth! Choose you this day whom ye will serve! As for me Deborah Rise, I and all my talents will Serve The LORD! And this is My Choice.#MyChoice #DeborahRise”
