Everything You Need To Know About The Thrilling Clash Between Nigeria And Atletico Madrid


The home-based team of the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Nigeria B, are bracing up for their highly anticipated match against Atletico Madrid.
The match will take place on Tuesday, 22nd of May 2016, at the Godwill Akpabio stadium in Akwa Ibom state, but unlike other national team matches, fans will be required to buy their tickets before gaining access to the 30,000 capacity stadium.

The tie themed, the GOtv MAX Cup is a hybrid friendly organised by MultiChoice Nigeria in collaboration with LaLiga. This is first time in history that the Rojiblancos stars will visit the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Due to the exclusive nature of the match, most Nigerian television channels won’t be able to air the match. However, you can watch the match on SuperSport 1.
