The Epl just never disappoints the first game of the weekend at the St.Mary’s served us another disappointing Manchester United display. 
United couldn’t force a win after going ahead within the first 10 minutes of the game through summer signing Dan James, but Southampton equalized through center-back Vestegard in the 53rd minutes, even though the Saints were 1 one man short for the last 18 minutes of the game ended in a draw.
Frank Lampard‘s young guns were pegged back to a 2-2 draw after going two goals ahead in the first half. While Liverpool and Man City thrashed Burnley and Brighton respectively.

Arsenal against Tottenham Hotspurs was the game of the weekend and it didn’t disappoint on the grounds of goals but produced some shambolic defending which as been synonymous with Arsenal over the years but we saw a spirited Arsenal fight back in the 2nd half. Liverpool remains unbeaten and top of the league table on 12 points.
