Bournemouth handed Man United a reality check with a 1 nil defeat. United was stunned away at the Vitality Stadium, after going 4 games unbeaten and its midweek win against Chelsea in the first game of the Premier League results from week 11, Liverpool stay top of the pile after Sadio mane secured a late win for the Reds.
Pep Guardiola’s Man City also battled back after going down a goal at half-time but fought back and won through goals from Sergio Aguero and the second coming from ab unlikely source Kyle Walker.
Leicester City continues its great start to the season after defeating Crystal Palace at home with goals from Jaime Vardy and Turkish defender Soyuncu.
The last game of the weekend was between the two struggling sides of Marco Silva’s Everton and Mauricio Pochettino Tottenham side the game ended in 1-1 draw, but the game witnessed a ‘horrific’ broken ankle injury to Everton midfielder Andre Gomes, after a brash tackle from Spurs Heung Min-Son.
Chelsea greenhorns continue to deliver, as Frank Lampard led his side to a 2-1 win over Watford at Vicarage road. Watford is yet to win a game in the EPL this season.
