#EPL Fixtures Week 7; This weekend is probably the first weekend in the last six game weeks that would witness just one proper standout game, and that is the showdown at Old Trafford between Man United and Arsenal. A game between two young managers who are leading their each prestigious teams through a period of serious transition.
Ole and his United side surprised both fans and pundits alike over the last four games winning twice in Europe against PSG and RB Leipzig both of which UCL semi-finalists last season, and a hard-fought draw against Chelsea in the League.
While Arteta led his charges to 3-1 victory over Dundalk in the Europa League after suffering a defeat in the League against Leicester. This game is maybe a bit too tight call considering the European exploits of both side but is see United edging it 2-1.
Pep Guardiola seems to have found a way to make his side function and play to their best despite their injury problems. Sheffield Utd had a fantastic time in League last season, but I believe this season won’t be so easy for them and might end up in the relegation places come the end of the season. So they shouldn’t be a problem for Guardiola’s men, I predict over 3.5 goals to be scored in the game.
Burnley against Chelsea, last season at Turf Moor served up an interesting encounter that saw Christian Pulisic come into his full fore, scoring his first hat-trick for Chelsea. Though the game ended in a 4-3 win for the Blues which was more of an escape win and not a convincing one. I predict almost a replica of a game only if Sean Dyche can take full advantage of Chelsea’s defensive frailties.
Jose Mourinho was angry at his side’s performance away at Antwerp, where they lost expect fiery Tottenham side on Sunday against Brighton. I see just 2 goals in this contest, and Spurs would have at least one of the goals scored.
