Fashion enthusiast and entrepreneur, Enkay has let us into her life a bit, as she shared what Sundays were like while growing up.
Taking to her Instagram page, where she also choose to dazzle her followers with a lovely picture of herself.
She wrote “On a typical Sunday,twelve years ago,I would have been wearing a pleated skirt with worn out polo standing next to my mother while she makes the stew and I assist by handing her the things she needs,something she can clearly do herself. *dodges slippers* ?
“On the days we make Banga stew (Ofe Akwu) I would watch her pound the kernels with so much expertise,it was always a beautiful sight.
“By the time the sieving of the banga is done,I would have been soaked in oil because for some reason I couldn’t keep my hands steady. I would still end up doing the dishes and cleaning the floor while the stew is on fire.
“The amazing aroma coupled with the “Nchuanwu” leaves was always a delight.

“My 7 siblings and I,together with my parents would gather in the sitting room,gisting and watching tv while we wait for the food.
“This is me,clad in this amazing @theenkayclothing pink suit set and I’m just laughing because suit or not,my mother would have still made me help her;this time around,it’ll be me pounding the kernel,splashing the oil all over this outfit. But who cares? It’ll wash off,that’s the magic of enkayclothing,” Enkay wrote.
