Nollywood actress Eniola Badmus incurred the wrath of angry fans minutes after posting a picture of herself in a campaign for the presidential candidate for the All Progressive Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Eniola Badmus who went with the politician’s train to campaign in Calabar had shared a happy picture of herself in a campaign uniform standing together with the APC candidate on her page and as expected, netizens rained curses and insults on her.

Eniola Badmus who is known to be an unwavering supporter of the presidential candidate was left with no choice but to deleted the photo. This however didn’t halt the barrage of insults as Nigerians still camped in another photo to continued the dragging.
This would be the latest in series of attacks on Nollywood actors who have shown their support for Tinubu. As the 2023 Presidential election draws closer, campaign from various political parties intensifies. Despite public disapproval, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu seems to have won the heart of Yoruba Nollywood actors.

Some Nollywood actors under the aegis of Connecting Grassroots Initiative (CGI) and some residents of Mushin Local Government Area in Lagos State rallied for the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate Senator Kashim Shettima.
