Nigerian singer and songwriter, Wizkid has taken to social media to speak out and join the many voices of youths clamoring for the end of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad.
Quoting one of the tweet of Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the singer whose album drops soon challenged the governor to take necessary actions to end the menace.
In his tweet, the singer explained that in 2019 he had met with the governor who stated his love and pride for the entertainment industry. He challenged the governor to replicate the same energy.
He wrote, “Mr Governor! I met with you December 2019! You expressed how proud you are of the entertainment industry and all we do. Pls do something let’s be proud of you too abeg.”
