Joseph Yobo’s wife Adaeze deserves some accolades for preparing a “wonderful” jollof rice that would make Eidur Gudjohnsen fly to Nigeria again.

The former Chelsea and Barcelona star was recently in Nigeria to scout for his country Iceland ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, where they will face the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Argentina, and Croatia in Group D.
Yobo GudjohnsenYobo who sure had a good time during Gudjohnsen’s visit to his home, confessed that it was a bit frustrating while playing against the 39-year-old soccer star that scored 54 goals in 186 appearances for Chelsea.
The former Super Eagles’ skipper wrote on Instagram: “Playing against him (Gudjohnsen) was a bit frustrating coz he’s a special talent he picks the holes & creates space to get the ball, that made it difficult for defenders to mark & close him down. ? Everton vs Chelsea day.“  He further revealed that Gudjohnsen was “shocked” to know both of his kids are left footed while “coaching the boys.”

Yobo’s wife Adaeze who treated the guests to some Nigerian dishes, was excited about their remarks (especially that of Gudjohnsen). She shared the video on her Instagram with the caption: “He said the rice is good ? I had to represent Nigerian jollof. “If you’re coming to eat in my house just be ready for pepper. We love hot spicy food even our kids,” the ex-Nigerian Beauty Queen adds.
