Egypt Vs Uruguay: Team News, Lineup, Start Time And Many More

The Pharaohs of Egypt are set to kick-off their 2018 World Cup campaign with a tie against Uruguay.

The Egyptians are hoping to restore their international football dominance after they failed to qualify for the tournament since 1990. The Salah-dependent Egyptian team will hope to build up one of the strongest defensive tactics ever employed to withstand the attacking prowess of Uruguay’s Luiz Suarez and Edison Cavani.

Uruguay, on the other hand, will be relying on their balanced and united team, in their quest to make a statement to Russia after Thursday’s goal filled victory over Saudi Arabia. The match will be played at the Ekaterinburg Arena by 1:00pm.
Possible starting lineup:
Egypt: Essam El Hadary; Ahmed Fathi, Ali Gabr, Mohamed Abdel-Shafy, Ahmed Hegazy; Ahmed El Mohamady, Ramadan Sobhi, Amr Warda, Mohamed Elneny; Trezeguet, Mohamed Salah.
Uruguay: Fernando Muslera; Diego Godin, Maximiliano Pereira, Martin Caceres, Jose Gimenez; Rodrigo Bentancur, Lucas Torreira, Matias Vecino; Maximiliano Gomez, Edinson Cavani, Luis Suarez
