Nollywood star Mary Njoku has shared her thoughts on educational qualification and how it impacts salaries. The actress in a post shared on her Instagram page revealed that a qualification shouldn’t determine salaries rather it should be determined by the value a person brings to the company.
She shared that a person should be paid based on the service that they provide and not on their qualification. Mary Njoku shared that employees need to ask themselves the value they provide to a company and ask if they are paid their worth. The TV star mentioned that she is more interested in what value you can provide rather than your qualification.
Education is an acquisition of skill, not a certificate.

Recall that the actress a few weeks ago took to her Instagram page to advocate for girls that becomes full house wife just to build their home and secure it. She said out of the many dreams the girl child has, one of them is to become a mum. So if she ends up being a full housewife just to build her home and allow her man to focus on his goals, then she has sacrificed everything and needs some accolades.
