The Head of Service to the Edo State Government, Anthony Okungbowa has reportedly been kidnapped in Benini City, the state capital. 
According to the Nations, Mr Okungbowa was abducted by some gunmen and taken away on Saturday evening, December 19, 2020, and till now all means to reach him and his abductee has proven futile. 
The abductors are yet to reach out to his family members or the state government.
The state police command is yet to comment on the incident.
