When a fertilized egg attaches itself  to a place outside the Uterus, it leads to Ectopic pregnancy, also known as Tubal Pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy occurs in 1 out of every 50 pregnancies according to stats. When a fertilized egg attaches itself outside the uterus, it most times end up in the fallopian tube. The fallopian tube doesn’t posses to capacity to nourish a fertilized, thereby putting both the growing foetus and its mother at serious health risk. Most times, when an ectopic pregnancy occurs, it comes without notice, as it sometimes doesn’t affect the menstrual cycle of the bearer. There are various factors that could lead to ectopic pregnancies and they include;
1. Inflammation of the fallopian tube
2. Blocked tissues from a previous infection
3. Abnormal growth of the fallopian tube
4. Previous ectopic pregnancy
5. Endometriosis
6. Oral contraception
7. Tubal surgery

1. Abdominal pain
2. Absence of menstrual cycle
3. Vaginal bleeding
4. Gastrointestinal symptoms
5. Weakness, fainting, dizziness
The best way to get rid of an ectopic pregnancy is immediate surgery and medication.
