Ebola Outbreak Spreads To A Major City In DR Congo

The widespread of the dreaded Ebola virus in the Democratic Republic of Congo to a major city on Wednesday, prompting fears that the disease will be increasingly difficult to control.
The country’s Minister of Health, Oly Ilunga Kalenga confirmed the spread of the disease in the densely populated Mbandaka city.

According to BBC, at least Forty-two people have now been infected with the virus and 23 people have died from it. There is a high possibility that citizens of DR Congo will be heading to Nigeria very soon to watch the international friendly match between DR Congo and the Super Eagles of Nigeria at the Port Harcourt stadium.
