Nollywood actress, Stella Damasus has said that sometimes, individuals themselves are the obstacle to their own progress in life.

Taking to her Instagram page, she wrote that we all need to get out of our own way sometimes to be the best version of ourselves.

In her words, “Seen this happen too many times with so many people including me. I had to realise who and whose I was. Get out of your own way. Sometimes no one else is stopping you but you.”
